Duties

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Curtis Restaurant Supply’s services, pricing structure, and quote system.
  • Manage and build existing customer relationships.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with Assigned Customer Base.
  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
  • Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
  • Meet or exceed the business sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
  • Complete required sales reports and other paperwork.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate between all team members to make sure all are informed and stay ahead.
  • Field all customer inquiries in person, via email, via phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Build and manage relationships with manufacturer reps.
  • Revenue Forecasting
  • Customer Maintenance
  • All facets of a restaurant new build/ remodel from quote to finish

Work Environment and Physical Demands - This job operates in a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment and computer applications. This role requires the ability to drive to meet with customers on location.

Required Education and Experience 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordability to drive to meet with customers on location.

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • Restaurant Management experience 
  • Sales experience 
  • Training or experience in computer applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, business mgt)
