Duties
- Customer Service - Acknowledge and greet customs that come into the store and answer phones and field calls as necessary.
- Provide Direction – Connect customers with their Consultants, provide guidance as needed for items we do not stock, and take orders for all accounts, including Key accounts.
- Invoicing/Sales Orders – Invoice items, make returns, take deposits and payments, place special orders, provide simple quotes via AutoQuotes, and close Front Counter with nightly paperwork and deposits
- Merchandising - Maintain assigned stock area in showroom, keep items organized and visible, and update pricing as needed
- Growth/Development - Form relationships with customers, understand pricing structures, grow in basic knowledge of products we carry as well as products we can order, and commit to remaining teachable

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment and computer applications. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms. Some lifting may be required.

- Training or experience in computer applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, business mgt)
