Customer Service - Acknowledge and greet customs that come into the store and answer phones and field calls as necessary.
Provide Direction – Connect customers with their Consultants, provide guidance as needed for items we do not stock, and take orders for all accounts, including Key accounts.
Invoicing/Sales Orders – Invoice items, make returns, take deposits and payments, place special orders, provide simple quotes via AutoQuotes, and close Front Counter with nightly paperwork and deposits
Merchandising - Maintain assigned stock area in showroom, keep items organized and visible, and update pricing as needed
Growth/Development - Form relationships with customers, understand pricing structures, grow in basic knowledge of products we carry as well as products we can order, and commit to remaining teachable
